Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with exceptional professionalism and warmth
- Coordinate office calendars, meeting rooms, and executive schedules
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and document management
- Support office supply inventory and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
