- Coordinate office supplies inventory and maintain organized reception areas
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and file management
- Support HR and accounting departments with onboarding paperwork and invoice processing
- Operate multi-line phone systems and video conferencing equipment
- Manage visitor check-in and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of professional receptionist or customer service experience
