Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and transfer protocols
- Greet visitors warmly and coordinate professional check-in procedures
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain event calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and document management
- Support HR functions onboarding and offboarding procedures

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
