Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route incoming calls
- Greet and assist visitors with exceptional customer service
- Coordinate mail, shipping, and office supply inventory
- Maintain appointment calendar and meeting room scheduling
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and deliveries
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and filing
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless office operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years professional receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
