Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and routing communications
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and calendar management for executive staff
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments while maintaining accurate records
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork and new hire orientation
- Maintain professional reception area appearance and office supplies inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
