Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior leadership.
- Communication Management: Screen and route incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format reports, presentations, and internal memos using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office Operations: Maintain office inventory, manage supplies, and oversee basic facility maintenance requests.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, team building activities, and client meetings.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into our CRM and filing systems.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Organization: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
