Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and booking travel arrangements efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and mail, with a professional demeanor.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.
- Assist in the organization of company events, meetings, and internal activities.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and general office paperwork with strict attention to accuracy.
- Act as a liaison between different departments and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
- Maintain and organize the office filing system, both digital and physical, ensuring data confidentiality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or administrative certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
