Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact, screening calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and distribute high-quality correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, oversee filing systems, and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize company events, team meetings, and client luncheons.
- Data Management: Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and generating weekly reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
