Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Greet and direct visitors with a warm, professional demeanor, managing the front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Communication Management: Answer multi-line phone systems with efficiency, screen calls, and route messages to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records.
- Scheduling: Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating conference room resources.
- Mail & Logistics: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; coordinate courier services as needed.
- Office Maintenance: Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure the reception area and break rooms are well-stocked.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and staff.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Professionalism: A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
