Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional first impressions by greeting guests and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Manage the front desk operations, including handling incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform basic clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed to support the executive team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; GED preferred.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus, but no prior experience is required for this position.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
