- Mail & Distribution: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently to the respective departments.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments and manage the executive's calendar to ensure optimal time management.
- Visitor Parking: Manage visitor parking permits and ensure a smooth check-in process for all guests.
