Responsibilities
- Manage Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails efficiently, ensuring no message is missed.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail, packages, and couriers; manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings using calendar management tools.
- Client Relations: Assist with customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and databases regarding visitor logs and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule and occasional evening or weekend shifts.
