Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors at the front desk in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls with a polite and professional tone.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Perform light administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and copying.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and lobby.
- Support other office staff with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an Office Support role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
