In this role, you will be the backbone of our weekend operations, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed with precision and efficiency. You will handle critical data entry projects and provide essential support to our management team.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry tasks with 99% accuracy, including updating databases and processing forms.
- Manage incoming communications, including answering phones and routing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate and schedule weekend meetings and appointments using digital calendars.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems for easy access and compliance.
- Prepare reports and presentations for weekend management review.
- Greet visitors and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist with light bookkeeping duties, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support and data entry.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
