Responsibilities
- Manage professional reception area: greet visitors, answer multi-line phone system, and sort/distribute mail
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain executive calendars using Microsoft Outlook
- Process incoming/outgoing packages and manage office supply inventory
- Assist with onboarding new employees: badge creation and workspace preparation
- Support administrative projects: data entry, document formatting, and report compilation
- Uphold brand standards in all client interactions and correspondence
- Collaborate with facilities team on office maintenance requests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
