Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Perform accurate and high-speed data entry into our internal database systems.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and transfer them to the correct extensions.
- Manage the front desk, including sorting mail, managing appointments, and maintaining a clean reception area.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing physical and digital documents.
- Update customer records and ensure all information is current and error-free.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace if remote training is applicable.
