Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner, directing them appropriately.
- Manage a high-volume of incoming calls with exceptional customer service and phone etiquette.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the company calendar efficiently.
- Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
