- Manage a multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message handling
- Greet visitors, verify appointments, and coordinate access to secure areas
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with meticulous tracking
- Maintain pristine reception area appearance with daily upkeep and supply management
- Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room reservations across departments
- Perform light administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new visitors and temporary staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma with 2+ years receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
