- Coordinate complex calendar management for C-suite executives
- Oversee visitor reception and security protocols
- Prepare confidential correspondence and executive materials
- Coordinate international travel arrangements and expense reports
- Manage office supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Lead cross-departmental meeting coordination
- Maintain professional digital and physical reception areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years executive reception or high-level administrative experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
