- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and complex meeting logistics
- Oversee visitor protocol including badge issuance, security coordination, and client escort services
- Handle confidential correspondence, document preparation, and records management
- Procure office supplies, manage vendor relationships, and maintain inventory systems
- Support HR functions including onboarding coordination and benefits administration
- Organize corporate events, catered meetings, and executive briefings
Qualifications
- 3+ years executive receptionist experience in professional services/luxury sector
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
- Exceptional verbal/written communication with multi-cultural fluency
