Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route all incoming calls
- Greet and screen visitors with exceptional courtesy and discretion
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Maintain secure visitor logs and issue access badges
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory

Qualifications
