Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message handling
- Coordinate executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel logistics
- Greet clients and visitors with exceptional hospitality in our lobby area
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation and data entry
- Support office events coordination and meeting room logistics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of receptionist or executive administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment with composure
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
