Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call screening, visitor greeting, and mail distribution
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and calendar management for 20+ executives
- Process incoming/outgoing packages and maintain office supply inventory
- Assist with onboarding new employees and orientation materials
- Handle basic administrative tasks: data entry, report formatting, and document filing
- Collaborate with HR on scheduling interviews and candidate communications
- Uphold company standards for professionalism and office presentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced corporate environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (copiers, scanners, phone systems)
