- Coordinate complex executive calendars and meeting logistics across multiple departments
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain confidential filing systems
- Assist with event coordination and conference room scheduling for 15+ meeting spaces
- Support office inventory management and vendor relationships
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks and expense report processing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-level receptionist or executive administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software (Outlook, Calendly)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask with meticulous attention to detail
- Professional demeanor with ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
