- Implement office protocols for safety and security compliance
- Collaborate with administrative team on cross-departmental projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of executive receptionist or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Professional demeanor with polished business appearance
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual English/Spanish certification a plus
