Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message handling
- Greet and screen visitors with executive-level professionalism
- Coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and complex travel arrangements
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Oversee office supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Assist with vendor relations and service contract management
- Support departmental projects with document preparation and data entry
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in corporate reception or executive support role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and diplomacy skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with discretion
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
