Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route 50+ daily calls
- Greet and register patients with empathy and efficiency in a busy medical practice
- Maintain accurate visitor log and coordinate security protocols
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Schedule appointments and maintain electronic calendar systems
- Assist with patient registration forms and insurance verification
- Coordinate meeting logistics and executive calendar management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure healthcare environments
- Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical terminology
