Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional etiquette and professionalism
- Greet and screen all visitors, ensuring positive client experiences
- Coordinate complex calendars and schedule high-level meetings
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks including travel arrangements and expense reports
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support HR functions onboarding and orientation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of corporate receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
