Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume front desk operations including call screening, visitor greeting, and mail distribution
- Coordinate executive calendars, meeting arrangements, and travel logistics
- Maintain professional office appearance and ensure reception area remains organized
- Support administrative functions including document preparation, data entry, and record keeping
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external communications
- Manage office inventory and coordinate vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional receptionist or administrative experience
