Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message handling
- Greet and screen visitors with exceptional hospitality and security protocols
- Coordinate complex meeting schedules across 12 executive conference rooms
- Maintain digital visitor logs and manage access control systems
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages with meticulous tracking
- Support office operations including supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with administrative team on special projects and events
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years corporate reception or front desk experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance and polished business etiquette
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with visitor management systems (e.g., Envoy)
- Flexibility to cover extended hours during peak seasons
