Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, messages, and mail with exceptional professionalism
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel
- Coordinate calendar scheduling and meeting logistics
- Maintain organized reception area and office supplies inventory
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments and manage deliveries
- Assist with light administrative tasks including data entry
- Support HR functions onboarding and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
