Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with 50+ daily calls, including screening and routing
- Greet and screen all visitors with professional demeanor and security protocols
- Coordinate complex executive calendars and meeting arrangements
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries with tracking systems
- Maintain reception area appearance and supply inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation and filing
- Collaborate with executive assistants on special projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years corporate reception or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Professional appearance and executive presence
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
