Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with 50+ daily calls, including screening and routing to appropriate executives
- Greet and assist 50+ visitors daily, including VIP clients and board members
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Oversee conference room bookings and ensure facilities are impeccably maintained
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Support administrative functions including document preparation and data entry
- Collaborate with facilities team to ensure seamless office operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of corporate receptionist or administrative support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software (Outlook, Calendly)
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment with grace
- Professional appearance and polished business demeanor
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) a plus
