- Greet and screen all visitors with exceptional hospitality standards
- Coordinate executive calendar management and meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Assist with onboarding coordination and new employee orientations
- Maintain reception area presentation and ensure professional ambiance
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in corporate reception or executive assistant roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with composure
- Discretion handling confidential executive communications
- Professional appearance and polished business etiquette
- Associate degree or equivalent certification preferred
