Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinating complex multi-location meetings and international travel arrangements
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications for 10+ C-suite executives using advanced Microsoft Outlook protocols
- Oversee visitor protocol, including biometric check-in and confidential document processing
- Coordinate executive briefing materials and prepare high-stakes meeting documentation
- Act as primary liaison between executives and board members, handling sensitive information with discretion
- Manage office supply inventory and vendor relationships for executive suites
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems with 99.9% accuracy compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years executive support experience in corporate or professional services environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise judgment in sensitive situations
