Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call screening and visitor coordination
- Schedule executive meetings and coordinate complex calendars across departments
- Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information with discretion
- Coordinate office logistics including mail, shipping, and supply inventory
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Support administrative tasks including document preparation and expense reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of executive-level receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Professional demeanor with polished business etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
