Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Greet visitors, coordinate appointments, and maintain visitor log
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages; manage office inventory
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and setup for executive team
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation and data entry
- Maintain professional reception area appearance and supplies
- Support HR initiatives including onboarding paperwork and event coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years corporate receptionist/front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with discretion
- Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
- Associates degree or relevant certification preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) a plus
