Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule complex calendars for senior executives, including arranging meetings, travel logistics, and conference calls.
- Greet visitors and clients with a professional demeanor, directing inquiries and managing the reception area.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, including memos, emails, and internal newsletters.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, routing, and responding to urgent correspondence.
- Assist in data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
