Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with professionalism
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate office operations, including supply inventory management and vendor relationships
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining HR documentation

Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
