Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare executive correspondence, presentations, and confidential documents
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage expense reports and process financial transactions
- Coordinate office operations and maintain executive workflow efficiency
- Conduct research and compile data for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
