Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meeting schedules, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations including inventory management, vendor relationships, and expense tracking
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and maintain critical documentation systems
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Support special initiatives including event planning and executive transition management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and transferable skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
