Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling high-priority meetings and travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and initiatives, ensuring timely deliverables
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations, including budget tracking, inventory management, and vendor relations
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with advanced document organization protocols
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative personnel
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
