Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate office operations, including supply management and vendor relationships
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire coordination
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking for departmental needs
- Support special projects and event planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
