- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meeting arrangements, and prioritize conflicting schedules
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication skills
- Oversee office operations, including inventory management, vendor relations, and facility coordination
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and expense report processing
- Lead special projects and process improvement initiatives across administrative functions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative support experience, preferably in executive roles
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated experience in multitasking and deadline management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with polished business etiquette
