- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders and manage communication channels
- Oversee departmental budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Coordinate special projects and events while maintaining strict confidentiality
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
