- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations including supply management and vendor relationships
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and track deliverables
- Implement office procedures and improve workflow efficiency
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report processing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience required
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
