Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate high-level meetings across multiple time zones
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations, including procurement, facilities management, and vendor relationships
- Lead cross-departmental projects with minimal supervision
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking for executive departments
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with data protection protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands
- Proven experience managing complex calendars and coordinating high-level meetings
