Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor management, and facility coordination
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage expense reports, invoicing, and budget tracking for departmental activities
- Coordinate special projects and events requiring cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience in corporate or tech environment
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Exceptional time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
