Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones
- Manage confidential communications and prioritize information flow using CRM and project management tools
- Prepare executive correspondence, reports, and presentation materials with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee office operations including inventory management, vendor relations, and facilities coordination
- Support cross-departmental initiatives including onboarding programs and quarterly strategic reviews
- Act as primary liaison for external stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience in tech or professional services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
- Discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive communications
- Proven experience coordinating complex international travel and logistics
