Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate high-level meetings with external stakeholders
- Prepare executive correspondence, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Support departmental initiatives through data management and project coordination
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with calendar management systems (e.g., Calendly)
